a) Constructions, whether adjacent or not to the main building, with a height not exceeding 2.2 meters or, alternatively, at the height of the ground floor of the main building, with an area equal to or less than 10 m², and not bordering the public road;
b) Construction of fences up to 1.8 meters in height, not bordering the public road, and retaining walls up to 2 meters in height, or those that do not significantly alter the topography of the existing land;
c) Construction of garden greenhouses with a height of less than 3 meters and an area equal to or less than 20 m²;
d) Minor works for arranging and improving the surrounding area of constructions that do not affect public land;
e) Construction of recreational or leisure equipment associated with the main building with an area smaller than the latter;
f) Demolition of the constructions referred to in the previous points;
g) Installation of photovoltaic solar panels or wind turbines associated with the main construction, for renewable energy production, including microgeneration, which do not exceed, in the first case, the coverage area of the building and its height by 1 meter, and in the second, the building height by 4 meters, with the generator equipment having a radius no greater than 1.5 meters, as well as thermal solar collectors for sanitary water heating that do not exceed the limits set for photovoltaic solar panels;
h) Replacement of exterior cladding or roofing materials by others that, while maintaining the exterior finish identical to the original, promote energy efficiency;
i) Other works, classified as such in municipal regulations.
Urban interventions exempt from licensing allow the property owner to save time in the project review process by the local authority.
